1. Data protection contact

This policy covers museesanch.com, the Musée Sanch website, represented by Sanchit Babbar, artiste-auteur, and Studio Sanch SASU, with share capital of €500.00 and registered office at 13 Rue du Ruisseau, 75018 Paris, France. Studio Sanch SASU handles website data enquiries at privacy@studiosanch.com.

2. Data and purposes

The gallery requires no account or subscription. The country supplied by Cloudflare determines the initial language: French in France and English elsewhere. A manual language choice takes priority. Precise location is not requested. Hosting and security services may process technical request data, including IP address, request time and browser details, to deliver and protect the website, based on the legitimate interest in its operation and security. Information you send in correspondence is used to answer your enquiry, based on pre-contractual steps you request or the legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries.

3. Service providers

Montserrat is loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical request information. SiteGround and Cloudflare provide hosting, delivery and security services. Access is limited to authorised persons and providers needed for those purposes. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the terms and transfer safeguards applicable to their services.

4. Forms and purchases

No subscription is required to enter the museum. The launch notification form is not displayed in the current version. Acquisition links lead to the separate studiosanch.com website, whose own policies govern its forms, payments and processing. museesanch.com does not collect payments.

5. Cookies and storage

The museum does not install advertising or audience measurement tools. Essential local storage remembers your acknowledgement under the key “musee-sanch:essential-cookies:v1” until removed in your browser. It contains no email address or advertising identifier. Your language preference is also stored locally under “musee-sanch:language” until removed in your browser. Infrastructure services may use mechanisms strictly necessary for delivery and security. Any future optional tracking must be accompanied by appropriate information and choice.

6. Retention

Correspondence is kept while the enquiry and its follow-up are handled, then deleted or archived where legal obligations or the defence of rights justify retention. Technical log retention depends on infrastructure provider settings and policies and serves operation and security purposes.

7. Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn where it is the legal basis. Contact privacy@studiosanch.com. Identity evidence is requested only where reasonably necessary. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL at https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
